This Privacy Policy applies to VI AI Labs LLC, a California Limited Liability Company (formed June 9, 2026, California Entity #B20260271911, PO Box 3333, Saratoga, CA 95070), and its research websites including viailabs.com and exploratory prototypes.
2. On-Device Data Sovereignty
Our prototypes (such as viLoom, viLilt, ViClock, and viSolFa) are designed from first principles around zero-cloud telemetry. Inference runs on Apple Silicon unified memory / Neural Engine. Sensor inputs (camera, microphone) and prompt context remain exclusively within local device memory.
3. Information Collected via Web Inquiries
If you contact us via email (hello@viailabs.com or labs@viai.ai), we collect only the contact information and message content you voluntarily provide solely for responding to your inquiry. We do not sell, rent, or trade email addresses.
4. Ecosystem Lineage
VI AI Labs LLC is the applied research incubator of the VI AI ecosystem. Commercial production services are operated separately by VI AI Inc. (viai.ai), and charitable non-profit educational initiatives are operated by the VI AI for Good Foundation (viaiforgood.org). Each entity maintains its own legal terms and privacy notices.
